Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

Department: Property Management

Reports To: Property Manager

Job Summary:

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility in Taguig City. The role ensures that all building systems and services operate smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. The Facilities Supervisor will also lead a team of technicians and coordinate with service providers to implement maintenance programs and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and building services.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and civil systems.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local Taguig regulations and national building codes.
  • Manage a team of in-house technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Respond to emergency facility issues and coordinate immediate resolution.
  • Monitor and control facility budgets, utilities usage, and maintenance costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced services, repairs, and project execution.
  • Assist in space planning, asset management, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on facility status, maintenance activities, incidents, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building occupants or tenants regarding facility-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities or property management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety).
  • Familiarity with local government regulations in Taguig and related safety/compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.

Work Environment:

  • Based in Taguig City; onsite supervision required.
  • May require extended hours or weekend work depending on operational needs.
  • Fast-paced environment typical of commercial or high-density facilities in Taguig
