Facilities Operations Director

We seek an accomplished Facilities Operations Director to lead our nationwide project. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale project, traveling across the country to assess facility infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance and upgrades.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present findings and support design review discussions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities assessments and technical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and DoD facility standards.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
