We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to provide high-level support to our CTO and executive team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CTO and executive team, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination
- Coordinate and prioritize complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Track and follow up on key projects, action items, and deliverables across technical departments
- Draft and proofread internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and technical documents
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including software development, DevOps, operations, support, data, and QA teams
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
