We are seeking a professional to join our team as a part-time CSR for the healthcare account. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with some college education or equivalent experience
  • Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with excellent communication skills
  • Required language: English

As a successful candidate, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and above-average English communication skills. You must also be able to work on weekends and holidays as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate.

For this position, we require a four-year course graduate with or without work experience. Alternatively, candidates who have completed two years in college with six months of work experience in customer service may also apply.
