Job Summary:

The Senior Auditor will lead external audits of Not-for-Profit and Trust Accounts under relevant Australian legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Planning and Execution: Plan, conduct, and report on audit engagements in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards
  • Management Letters and Recommendations: Provide management letters and recommendations aligned with Australian Auditing Standards
  • Internal Controls and Risk Management: Advise on internal controls, risk management, and technical accounting issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in external audits, including NFP and trust accounts, as well as proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare), advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Technical Requirements:

A strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards, AASB frameworks, and NFP compliance is required.
