We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage compliance programs and ensure adherence to industry frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Implement and oversee technical controls in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Lead a small team, driving success through effective leadership.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with teams to integrate compliance and security best practices into their workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a small team.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance programs and SOC 2/ISO 27001 familiarity.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing technical controls in cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in conducting security training and awareness programs.
  • Familiarity with other compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
