Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Tax Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in U.S. accounting and extensive tax experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Utilize Intuit ProConnect Tax Software for tax preparation and filing. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tax professionals. Set performance expectations and monitor team performance. Oversee the review of tax returns prepared by tax preparers. Mentor and develop staff at all levels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Review tax returns with clients and provide guidance. Maintain effective communication with a diverse client base.

Requirements:
  • CPA license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
