Customer Success Engineer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Engineer, supporting customers across the EMEA region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to work closely with our sales team, providing technical expertise and assistance to customers, helping them navigate security challenges and maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the 1–100 user segment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them overcome security challenges and achieve their goals
  • Lead the technical sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to technical closure, acting as the primary technical point of contact
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and virtual technical meetings; supports on-site engagements when necessary
  • Enable channel partners through webinars, formal training sessions, and distribution of technical sales and enablement materials

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with proven leadership in customer and partner engagements
  • Knowledge in MDR, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOAR solutions
  • Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work remotely and thrive in a team environment
