We are hiring an Accounting Manager

Are you a numbers-driven leader with a passion for accuracy and financial strategy? Join us and create a real impact We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, ensure compliance and help shape financial decisions that drive business success.

What You'll Do to Contribute to our Company:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with auditors and coordinate audits
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights

What we are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of BIR requirements, internal controls, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in any accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with integrity, accountability, and collaboration
