Remote Support Ambassador

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work as a frontline ambassador for a cutting-edge recruitment technology platform.

As a Remote Support Ambassador, you will be the key contact point for users, responsible for delivering exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to diagnose problems efficiently, and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
  • Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through setup and onboarding steps, develop knowledge-base content, FAQs, and help documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer challenges, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, strong problem-solving abilities, experience with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, professional communication style, ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
