Job Title: Revenue Operations Strategist

This is a high-impact position that requires shaping data-driven growth strategies across the organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing seamless funnel tracking systems for Sales and Marketing teams. This involves building integrations and workflows to ensure smooth data flow and timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align systems and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
