Job Role

As a revenue management professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth by optimizing trade spend efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze trade data to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and maintain revenue performance dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in revenue management or trade analytics with a focus on strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in syndicated and POS data analysis (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) with ability to extract insights
  • Familiarity with trade promotion and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) with ability to integrate data
  • Experience in pricing or promotional investment analysis with ability to optimize business outcomes
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to create complex models and analyses
  • Advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills with ability to drive business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Power BI with ability to create interactive and dynamic visualizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
