Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to project managers and customers, ensuring seamless project execution. Key tasks include VLAN configuration, network setup, Smartbox channel programming, welcome packets creation, RML, TLX, and Samsung Reach file management, Marriott Platform 2 task assignments, Smartbox programming, Above Property setup, TLX uploads, and guide information updates.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  2. Develop and implement network configurations as required.
  3. Design and program Smartbox channels to meet customer needs.
  4. Manage and maintain welcome packets, RML, TLX, and Samsung Reach files.
  5. Assign and coordinate Marriott Platform 2 tasks.
  6. Configure and test Above Property settings.
  7. Upload TLX data and update guide information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in network setup and configuration.
  • Experience with Smartbox programming and channel management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
