Network Operation Center

Staff4Me is on the lookout for an experienced Network Operation Center (NOC) Tier 3 professional to join our elite team. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing our network operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Tier 3 technician, you will troubleshoot and resolve the most complex network issues, lead incident response efforts, and provide expert guidance to junior team members. • Work on SSID requests, conference issues and other special requests
• Provide necessary analysis, aggregation and correlation of data, application logs, syslogs to isolate and identify faults in the production infrastructure (both wired and wireless)
• Work closely with Engineering, logistics, equipment and third party vendors as new equipment and technologies are integrated with the production network
• Provide real-time assistance to T2s, PNOCs and handle escalated calls
• Work on escalations, contact properties, troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues. For cases escalated from PNOC and tech or onsite help is necessary, NOC will send an email to the property, explain the issue and recommend sending a technician to troubleshoot or replace the faulty piece of equipment
• Work on circuit cutover
• Work with ISP to test their circuit and ensure the IP block is functioning and that the property is receiving correct bandwidth
• Work with vendors to configure devices for the new circuit (e.g., time clocks, Marriott routers)
• Collaborate with technicians to run cables from the new circuit to the core switch
• PMS, Portal page implementation and troubleshooting including access code creation
• Work with Tech Dispatches related to PMS troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot issues related to third-party vendors (GRE, phones, conference, BO, chip n pin, , etc.) including cable runs and firewall installations/troubleshooting
• Manage repeat dispatches for PNOC issues unresolved during initial visits or escalated to vendors (e.g., Aruba/Ruckus)

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1–2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center, specifically in a Tier 3 role.
3. Deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
4. Experience with network monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG).
5. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues while working under pressure.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.

1. This position may require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to provide 24/7 support.
2. Occasional travel may be needed for team meetings, training, or onsite client support.
