Job Overview

We are seeking a Highly Skilled CCTV Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, PoE switches, fiber optics, and alarm systems. This role requires technical expertise, field experience, and a high level of professionalism to support our growing security projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain IP/Analog CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, PoE switches, and monitors
  • Perform cable pulling, termination, labeling, and proper conduit installation (Cat6 UTP, fiber optics, etc.)
  • Conduct site surveys, testing, and commissioning of security systems
  • Diagnose and repair CCTV/network-related issues onsite and remotely
  • Prepare technical service reports, checklists, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during installation and maintenance works
  • Coordinate with project supervisors, engineers, and security managers for timely completion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CCTV Technician (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, PoE, fiber optics, and CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, IDIS, Hanwha, etc.)
  • Ability to read and implement wiring diagrams and network topologies
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • TESDA certification in Electronics/Electrical/Networking (preferred)
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights using ladders or scaffolds
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and discipline
  • Willing to travel or be deployed across project sites in Visayas and Mindanao
