Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide technical assistance to clients via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for users requiring technical assistance.
  • Request Processing, Issue Triage: Receive and process incoming support requests in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide initial diagnosis and attempt to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Resolution and Escalation: Resolve user problems within established guidelines or escalate to appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Communication: Keep users informed about the status of their requests and provide timely updates on issue resolution progress.
Requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts is essential.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or service desk software is beneficial.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving is crucial.
  • Meticulous work habits are required.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education And Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a help desk environment is advantageous.
