IT Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Service Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to our clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to and resolving client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Utilize active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns, ensuring that all interactions are conducted professionally and in alignment with company standards.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of solutions and technical information, ensuring that all knowledge is shared across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with service management systems and tools, including incident management and problem management processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
