About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled professional to provide top-notch customer support, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless client experiences. As a Help Desk Specialist, you'll be responsible for proactive learning, technical setup in a testing environment, quality assurance tasks and escalating complex issues to designated leads.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls, including escalations and troubleshooting
  • Configure dashboard settings in a test environment, providing actionable feedback to the development team
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks during downtime for ongoing product improvement
  • Follow established escalation protocols, notifying the designated manager of critical issues
  • Pursue comprehensive training: 40 hours over two weeks, comprising video sessions, mentoring, and role-playing exercises
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Background in real estate with strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting within SaaS environments
