Job Title: Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing security documents for completeness and accuracy, filing them with relevant authorities, maintaining detailed records of all filings and correspondence, verifying documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, communicating with external parties to ensure proper filing, assisting in resolving discrepancies or issues related to lien filing, and supporting other departments with document requests and record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
