Job Description

Elevate our research services by collecting data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone and online inquiries. This is a remote work position, ideal for those who can work independently with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented individual to join our team as a Phone Research Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for performing outbound calling and initiating offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign.

  • Mission-critical tasks:
  • Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign.
  • Gather predetermined data about the provider services.
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity.
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through masterfully crafted emails.

You will also be responsible for engaging clients in phone conversations as their potential customers in a casual yet professional manner. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients easily.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Core competencies:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing.
