This is a rare chance to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat project, taking full ownership of the entire marketing journey.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, generate qualified leads from international markets, build and grow a strong social media presence, create a monthly content calendar, set up and run paid campaigns, and support the launch of a new website.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, generating qualified leads, building and growing social media presence, creating a monthly content calendar, setting up and running paid campaigns, supporting the launch of a new website, and preparing weekly reports on performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.

They must have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, excellent English communication and copywriting skills, a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space, and familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.

  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements
