Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Securities Operations Director to oversee and drive our Wealth and Investment Management Operations in Manila. This senior leadership role requires exceptional vision, strategic planning, and team development capabilities.

This director will be responsible for supervising experienced managers and other specialized teams of managers, delivering high-complexity initiatives for cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying strategies for process improvement and risk control development within security operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Professional Finra licenses such as Series 99 are a plus.

  • Must have 8+ years of Securities Operations experience within Banking Operations, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, global markets, regulatory environments, and cross-border securities processing, money movement etc.
  • Strong understanding of securities lifecycle, money movement, SWIFT messaging, and market infrastructures (e.g., DTCC, NSCC).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and automation, RPA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives in Operations.
