Overview:We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth and excellence in customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans that deliver results.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence in customer experience.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships that drive business success.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain effective processes and systems to drive efficiency and quality.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business process outsourcing, preferably in financial services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to develop and implement plans that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving business outcomes and improving customer satisfaction.
