About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our team as a seasoned professional in assurance and audit management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in risk management procedures and ensure their effective implementation across the team.
  • Work closely with engagement managers to successfully transition new engagements and services while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactively manage workflow and resource allocation to meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key contacts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize assurance processes, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and conduct timely performance reviews.
Qualifications
  • A qualified CPA with over 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards (IFRS or UK GAAP).
  • Excellent project management, leadership, coaching, counselling, and supervisory skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build a positive work culture and live up to organizational values.
  • Capacity to form strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
