About the Role

  • Lead a team of ESG research analysts to strive for excellence in capturing and delivering timely and accurate data.
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment process from identification to selection of talent.
  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOP TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
  • Drive projects and initiatives that improve ESG data curation processes.
  • Foster goal-oriented teamwork and data quality through engagement and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Drive innovation and shape a healthy culture consistent with core values.

Your Background

  • Minimum five years of people management experience, preferably in a technology company or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills working with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Drive to overcome challenges and implement creative solutions.
  • Self-awareness and openness to development.
  • Composure and clarity of thought in dynamic environments.
  • Openness and adaptability to change and navigating ambiguity.
  • Analytical thinking, organization, solution-orientation, and efficiency in execution.
