
Customer Service Leadership Professional

This position is responsible for leading the customer service team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and service.
Qualifications- 12+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on leadership roles
- At least 3 years of experience as a director or similar role, preferably with a track record of success
- RCM experience in the US Healthcare space, an asset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership direction to the customer service function
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Assist in the development of functional strategy and provide input on key decisions
- Interact with internal and external leaders, including senior management, to drive business results
- Persuade others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
