Leadership Role in Customer Service Management

This position is responsible for leading the customer service team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and service.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on leadership roles
  • At least 3 years of experience as a director or similar role, preferably with a track record of success
  • RCM experience in the US Healthcare space, an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership direction to the customer service function
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
  • Assist in the development of functional strategy and provide input on key decisions
  • Interact with internal and external leaders, including senior management, to drive business results
  • Persuade others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
