Senior Kitchen Leader

Job Summary:

The Senior Kitchen Leader is responsible for supervising kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of food preparation and service. This role provides operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet divisional targets and maximize guest satisfaction while protecting assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Provide operational support to meet business objectives, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous 5-star hotel experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service levels is crucial.
  • Additional certification from a reputable culinary school will be an advantage.
