
Account Growth Specialist

This key position involves driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective relationship building, strategic planning, and consistent communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to leverage proprietary software tools to maintain regular contact with customers and position us for long-term partnership success.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and technology
- Utilize advanced software tools to facilitate regular communication with customers, stay informed about their initiatives, and position us for growth
- Become a trusted point of contact for customers, providing timely support and solutions to meet their evolving needs
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that drive product cross-selling and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards to inform business decisions and achieve key metrics
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in enterprise customer account management, including deployment, upsell, retention, and renewal
- 3-5+ years of experience selling cloud communications, SD-WAN, security, network, and internet services, as well as managed services and software
- Effectiveness in interacting with customer leadership teams, including presentations, demonstrations, and leading QBRs/MBRs
- Strong Excel, MS Office, and general computer software skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed with minimal call reluctance
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
- Charismatic personality with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to learn new skills and software quickly
- History of exceeding sales and customer retention goals
