Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist

Description:

This role is focused on driving client retention and expansion for a growing B2B company. The ideal candidate will own complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

About the Position:
  • The primary responsibility is to drive client success and revenue growth in complex B2B environments.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes and leverage provided data, success frameworks, and retention targets to drive results.
  • Presents to business owners and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on client progress and performance metrics.
  • Maintains accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset.
