Job Description

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's efforts to recover outstanding debts. Your primary responsibility will be to perform collection activities for past-due accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers to resolve their financial obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of collection systems and policies/procedures is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance;
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company, bank, or collection agency;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of collection systems and policies/procedures (an advantage);
