About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive sales performance in our team of high-energy professionals.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will oversee, motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve excellent customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.

  • Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Analyze the team's productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the team's performance
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex problems
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and key achievements
About You

We are looking for someone with progressive experience in sales operations, preferably in a sales leadership role. You should have a track record of running performance improvement plans, proven experience in managing and leading a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You should be able to drive and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and have great spreadsheet skills. Familiarity with Outbound Sales is preferred but not required. Most importantly, you should be willing to work collaboratively with creative people and be open to working on a night shift if needed.
