Key Responsibilities

The Business Analytics Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Alteryx. This role requires strong leadership skills to lead a team of data analysts and collaborate with finance leaders in the US.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders in the US to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to support FP&A reporting and analytics needs.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of a team of financial operations data analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx, with experience in SQL, Excel, and other BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
