Job Summary

Oversee finance and accounting functions to drive business success.

The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. They will ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Additionally, they will develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate financial reports.
  • Deliver timely and actionable financial insights.
  • Partner with leadership teams to provide strategic financial analysis and decision support.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, and Financial Accounting.
  • Monitor and optimize company cash flow.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
  • Drive process improvements through finance systems and tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members.
  • Provide timely and actionable reporting with insights that inform business decisions.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
  • Effectively partner with business leaders to support strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager, Finance Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing finance teams and delivering operational and strategic goals.
