Job Description

The role of a Marketing Partnership Specialist involves spearheading and executing influencer marketing initiatives, fostering relationships, developing campaigns, and ensuring that partnerships with influencers yield tangible business results.

  • Proactively research, identify, and connect with social media influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on trend-conscious creators who align with the brand's values
  • Manage every aspect of influencer campaigns: outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators to guarantee campaign success within budget constraints
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts and drive maximum ROI
  • Maintain and expand a database of high-performing influencers and valuable audience insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign performance metrics and ROI
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or similar digital marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as strong copywriting abilities
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detailed understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends
