Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This involves developing advertising and promotional materials, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and monitoring campaign performance
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image. This includes managing brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, and monitoring brand perception in the market
  • Track and analyze data from marketing efforts to measure success and to adjust future activities
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style for every blog, social media post and print created
  • Assist in the completion of assigned projects and prioritize assigned tasks including web development, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, signage and research
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other relevant platforms
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and forge new partnerships and to raise brand awareness
  • Develop Marketing Strategies; responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining marketing objectives.
  • Utilize phone calls and emails to identify potential clients from the list of Marketing Events.
  • Perform Other Duties that may be Assigned from time to time

Authorities:

  • Propose design and layouts for company presentations
  • Manage various marketing accounts such as FB, LinkedIn, and other corporate accounts related to marketing and public announcements
  • Promote company events for customers and clients
  • Communicate with vendors for marketing-related activities
