Developer Relations Expert

We are seeking a talented Developer Relations expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, fostering a community of users and advocates, and providing technical expertise to support the development of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining conversations with developer community members through various channels
  • Participating in team product meetings and contributing insight and expertise
  • Working with colleagues in other teams to establish commonality and consistent approaches
  • Helping solve specific technical problems that users or colleagues have identified
  • Contributing to technical documentation to ensure that developer users' needs are met

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about open-source software. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the developer community, build relationships, and provide technical expertise to support the development of our products.

The successful candidate will have:
