Healthcare Liaison Specialist

The role of the Healthcare Liaison Specialist involves providing exceptional support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other channels.
  • Provide clear and compassionate information about services, addressing questions and concerns with empathy.
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Reactivate past patients through proactive outreach, re-engagement campaigns, and regular communication.
  • Accurately record and update all interactions in the lead management system.

This individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong background in healthcare or a related field, and a personable and empathetic approach. They will also be able to balance warm patient interactions with timely task completion, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking abilities.
