The Communications and Knowledge Manager role plays a key part in supporting the Trade Treasury Payments (TTP) team with its Asia-based clients.

Working full-time and based in Asia, this embedded position will focus on servicing client external communications and knowledge strategy exclusively.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, editor, and communicator with a track record of executing institutional communications, preferably in development, finance, or public sector environments. They must also operate with minimal supervision and manage input from multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of a 12-month strategic communications plan for a flagship client, acting as the main liaison point between the client's internal teams and our editorial, design, digital, and project teams, drafting, editing, and overseeing production of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy, coordinating with the client's internal communications team to raise awareness of ongoing projects and ensure messaging is aligned, and regularly reviewing and updating client website content, providing editorial and UX feedback.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the marketing strategy, content planning, and execution of up to 20 client events annually, managing a repository of multimedia content to support ongoing client communications and campaigns, collaborating with our CMS and design teams to ensure timely publishing of content and quality assurance of visual materials, maintaining editorial calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards across client deliverables, serving as the primary point of contact for client-side communications leads and programme managers, coordinating delivery schedules and production timelines with our in-house content, design, events, and web teams, and providing weekly updates, reports, and briefings to the agency's account and editorial leadership.
