Software Development Project Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software development project specialist to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software application development, with experience working on complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role will involve contributing to the design, development, and testing of software applications, as well as assisting in the maintenance and debugging of existing systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent coding skills and knowledge of industry-standard best practices.

They will also be proficient in one or more software languages and development methodologies.

A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, is highly desirable, as is relevant work experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to software application development projects
  • Collaborate with team members on project tasks and objectives
  • Assist in testing, debugging, and maintenance of software
  • Follow established coding standards and best practices
  • Research and stay informed about emerging technologies
  • Provide support for software architecture and design
  • Document project progress and assist in project planning
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in software application development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Basic coding and debugging skills
  • Proven ability to work on complex software projects
