Technical Recruiter Job

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering.

This is a fast-paced role where quality, communication, and urgency matter. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for partnering with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements and source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.

As the ideal candidate, you'll have:

  • A proven track record as a Technical Recruiter
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles
  • A strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities
  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
  2. Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements
  3. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  4. Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  5. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  6. Track progress using ATS and recruitment tools
  7. Maintain strong pipelines and stay current on market trends in tech/engineering
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
Nice to Have
  • Experience in RPO, agency, or fast-paced high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with niche tech stacks or hard-to-fill engineering roles
