We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper.
Job Description- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts, processing of invoices, management of expenses, and handling of general ledger entries.
- Utilize Dext to capture, code, and file supplier receipts and invoices, guaranteeing digital documents are organized and audit-ready.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping using Xero.
- Proficiency with Dext (or similar receipt-capturing tools).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping workflows: invoicing, reconciliation, tracking expenses, and job costing.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in both financial and admin tasks.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment where adaptability is key.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
