Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee financial operations, accounting, and executive support.
The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and be capable of handling administrative tasks.
This role involves managing financial reports, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and logistical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
- Accounting & Financial Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
- Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
- Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
- Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support.
- Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
- Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist in making strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
