Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing regular financial reports.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with tax and employment laws, and provide support to HR regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist with employee reimbursements and benefits processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, and general accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and any accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
