We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a NetSuite Developer.

This role involves working closely with business partners, technology architects and system analysts to implement the enterprise applications product roadmap.

Job Description

The successful candidate will apply their technical and functional knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and find solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business partners to understand processes, gaps and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with internal and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects.
System Implementation and Support
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and subject matter experts.
  • Investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation and go live.
  • Participate in scheduled system upgrades.
  • Support delivery of reporting, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Lead data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure training and timely communications.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of one or more areas including Order Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events and architectures.
