Job Overview

We are seeking a Tech Specialist to drive growth by handling tech-related tasks and collaborating with the Director of Sales Ops. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Zapier, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Ops to onboard new accounts and sales reps, ensuring seamless tech setup.
  • Verify that all new sales reps are correctly set up from a tech stack perspective before going live.
  • Implement and configure new tech stacks, systems, and processes, communicating effectively with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives.
  • Create and manage integrations using Zapier.
  • Develop automations and workflows in the CRM system.
  • Design reports and dashboards in the CRM.
  • Complete the CRM configuration SOP for new accounts.
  • Take ownership of OnceHub activity, including creating master page booking links.
  • Maintain rep adherence to CRM processes across sales teams.
  • Troubleshoot lead flow issues, CRM integrations problems, or other tech-related challenges.
