Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with SaaS and endpoint management in a cloud-based environment
  • Strong understanding of user experience and satisfaction drivers
  • Able to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working with diverse international stakeholders
  • Ability to convey complex topics to various audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the related role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, and cloud services
  • Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Intune, MS-500, SC-300) is a plus
