The wellbeing and safety team contributes to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace.

As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop programs, tools, and resources that support the organisation's wellbeing strategy and broader talent priorities.

  • Develop expertise in wellbeing and safety through project development and implementation
  • Engage with key wellbeing providers, including employee assistance program vendors
  • Analyse and interpret data on employee wellbeing, mental health, and safety
  • Collaborate with business areas to provide specialised wellbeing and safety services
Key Responsibilities

Broadly responsible for:

  • Project development and implementation of wellbeing and safety initiatives
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management with wellbeing providers
  • Analysis and interpretation of wellbeing, mental health, and safety data
  • Providing wellbeing and safety services across multiple business areas
Working Together

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including managers and employees. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.
