Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is a key team member in the execution of quantitative projects. Their primary responsibility is to oversee field management and sample strategies for allocated projects, ensuring that studies are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, link testing, study invitation delivery, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Developing and managing sampling plans for allocated projects, from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Collaborating with project assistants to optimize project recruitment methodology and maximize results.
  • Building sampling plans for allocated projects.
  • Maximizing internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom recruitment solutions.
  • Reviewing projects regularly and informing project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Providing recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensuring projects are completed in line with client-specified timelines.
  • Developing alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to meet total sample sizes.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Utilizing M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability.
  • Addressing project managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
  • Attending meetings with project managers to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Taking notes and filling checklists during key meetings and sharing them with attendees afterwards.
  • Hosting internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring interviews are conducted on time and as planned.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on custom recruitment performance.
  • Supporting project managers to ensure projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0–1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
  • Interest/natural curiosity or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
