Job Title: Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator

Job Overview

The coordinator will play a critical role in the recruitment process for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, working closely with project managers to ensure studies are delivered according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end project tasks including link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project recruitment methodology and coordinate with project assistants to maximize results.
  • Build sampling plans for allocated projects and liaise with other teams to leverage internal sample resources.
  • Regularly review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, are necessary, along with basic math skills and proficiency in market research tools and platforms.
