Paid Social Associate Job

The Paid Social Associate plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic paid social media marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of paid social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat, as well as experience in managing large growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize campaign ROI, leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned goals and objectives, and provide regular reporting updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills, with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
